Application

It is mainly applicable to the production steps such as hydrolysis, neutralization, crystal, distillation, and storing etc in the industries of medicine (materials workshop, synthesizing workshop), chemical industry, food, light industry and so on. 

Composition

The reactor consists of:pot body, pot, mixer, electrical heating oil jacket pipe, supporting and transmission 

device, the oil spill shaft sealing device, etc.It is equipped with electric heating pipes and temperature sensor,pressure gauge.  

Reaction tank is a wholly sealed and heat insulation jacked container with oval shaped cover and bottom. All the contact part of it adopts imported SUS304 or SUS 316L stainless steel plate. The jacket and hot insulation part use SUS304 stainless steel plate. The heat insulation material use rock wool or Polyurethane foam and it can also be other material which the customer intended to use. 

The inner surface of the tank can be mirror polished and the roughness can reach as high as Ra ≤0.8um. The outer surface is polished as follows: the cover and the bottom will be mirror polished and the remaining part will be mat polished. All the punishment meet international standard.The blending axis is mechanically sealed by hard alloyed stainless steel, with features of pressure-resistant, wear-resistant, leakage-resistant, etc. The product fully meets the GMP standard.
