Application range
It can be used as the reacting tank in pharmacy,chemical industry,biological engineering and other industries.
Structural features
1.The equipment is mainly composed of three parts such as tank body,integral jacket and external coating.The heat preservation media are filled between the external coating and jacket.The tank body is provided with the blender at its top.
2.The pressure in the jacket can be decided according to customer requirements.
3.The tank is made of high quality stainless steel.
Summary
This series of vessels are applicable to reaction and crystallization in chemical industry and pharmacy.The tank body is provided with two or three layer for heating and cooling.
The interior surface adopts electrolytic mirror polishing.The seal head (round)is subjected to spinning process,and R angle transition is in accordance with GMP standard.
