Application: resins alkyd/epoxy/Unsaturated/polyester/alkyd/epoxy/polyamide resin plant 

Unsaturated Polyester Resin Production Line can be widly used to produce Alkyd resin,Epoxy resin,Acrylic resin,Phenolic resin,ABS Resin,Polyester resin and so on. 

  Main Features:

1. Application can be varied: it can be used in various resin manufacturing,such as alkyd resin,epoxy resin,polyester resin,polyamide resin etc.

2. Configuration: composed by the codenser (both horizontal and vertical), reactor, oil-water seperator,buffer,tank, vacuum pump.

3. Material: double layer, the inner can be 304/316 stainless steel, and the outer one is carbon steel.

4. Heating methods: electric heating, steam heating, oil heating. (with internal coil to cool materials)

1. Jacket or outer circular pipe jacket

2. used in pharmacy, chemical project, fine chemicals and composed chemical industry.

3. The material adopts SUS304 or SUS316L. The pot body includes jacket, and the jacket structure is of standard jacket, outer circular pipe jacket.

4.It can be heated or cooled; the inner surface is mirror-polished, no sanitary dead angle, and closed design to ensure material in asepsis condition.

5. The agitator adopts sanitary mechanical seal, container insulation adopts polyurethane or alumina silicate, joint adopts ISO standard quick open clamp, sanitary and easy.

6.Equipped with sight glass, and flange quick open manhole, charging holes, nozzles etc.

Heating method:for small capcacity machine,usually electric is suitable,if more the fuel gas,oil,or coal is cheaper than electric,the suitable bolier we also can provide.

Agitator model:paddle agitator,anchor agitator,frame agitator.
