Stirring tank/ Mixing tank with double agitator characteristics:
1. The insulation material is polyurethane foam or pearl cotton which is high temperature-resistant and anti-aging.
2. The interface adopts international standard ISO fast loading camp, inner pot uses imported stainless steel SUS304 or SUS306L, and is mirror-polished to Ra≤0.4m, outer surface adopts matte, mirror, blasting, or cold-rolled matte.
3. The seal head adopt imported sanitary mechanical agitation seal or magnetic seal agitating device, stirring speed are optional.
4. The pipe mouth is equipped with liquid level gauge (static pressure type, capacitive, non-contact type, ultrasonic type, glass tube type), air-breathing mouth, thermometer( digital display type or dial type),CIP cleaning mouth, mirror, explosion-proof sight (integration of mirror and light), SIP sterilization mouth, liquid inlet and outlet and sanitary manhole etc.

Description

1.There are three styles: vertical single layer,double layers,and 3 layers structure.
2.The outside layer that keeps warm uses polyurethane foam or pearwool.
3.The pars that touch the medical liquid adopt the 316L material, the other parts 304 material
4.There are water entrance, circumfluence entrance.Sanitizing entrance,cleaning entrance and manhole for filling material, breathing entrance with an air breather, 0.22um, on the top. And on the bottom there are entrance for condensed water, entrance for distilled water, entrance for dirty water, entrance for measuring the liquid level, and entrance for measuring the temperature. The operation of Controlling ark and the meter is showing the temperature of distilled water, liquid level realize the auto-controlling of constant temperature and alarming when above the upper limit and below the lower limit.    

Specification：

  1 the heat preservation material of the vessel is high-temperate resistant and anti-aging polyurethane blister or pearl cotton.
 2 the interface adopts internationally general ISO rapid installation chuck type product.the internal bladder adopts imported stainless steel SUS316L or SUS 304. the internal surface adopts mirror polishing unit RA less than 0.28um,and the external surface adopts polishing, mirror polishing,sandblasting ,cold rolling original color matte treatment.All of the above conform to GMP standard.
  3 the selling of the blender adopts imported sanitary mechanical seal device,and the blending rotation speed is optional
  4 the pipe mouth is provided with liquid meter vent (static pressure type,capacitance type,non-contact type ,ultrasonic type or glass tube type),air spiracle,thermometer(digital indication type or dial plate type) CIP cleaning vent,sight glass,anti-explosion view lamp(integrated sight glass and view type),SIP sterilization vent, liquid inlet and outlet ,sanitary manhole and etc.
 5 the volume varies within the range of 100L-20000L ,or design and manufacturing can be made according to actual requirements of customers
