Mixing tank also known as deployment liquid tank, has the characteristics of energy saving, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, simple structure and is easy to clean. It is mainly used for dairy, sugar and other elements mixing with all kinds of drugs to stir homogeneously. And now it has been the indispensable equipment in the dairy products, beverage, and pharmaceutical factories.
Features
The bigger the impeller diameter is, the more powerful the agitating capacity is.
The higher the impeller RPM is, the more powerful the agitating capacity is.
The umbrella shape of impeller greatly increases the agitating capacity.
That the agitating capacity is boosted improves the circulation ability of minerals and reagents.
The baffle can compress negative pressure to a limited space and improve suction capability. As a result, the circulation capacity is enhanced.
Umbrella-shaped impellers produce huge downward pressures, increasing the suction and circulation capacity.
Only when the surface of mineral is completely reacted with reagent, the beneficiation standard is improved.
Usages
It is mainly used for dairy, sugar, beverage, food and other elements mixing with all kinds of drugs to stir homogeneously. And now it has been the indispensable equipment in the dairy products, beverage, and pharmaceutical factories.
Characteristics
- The insulation material is polyurethane foam or pearl cotton which is high temperature-resistant and anti-aging.
- The interface adopts international standard ISO fast loading camp, inner pot uses imported stainless steel SUS304 or SUS306L, and is mirror-polished to Ra≤0.4m, outer surface adopts matte, mirror, blasting, or cold-rolled matte.
- The seal head adopt imported sanitary mechanical agitation seal or magnetic seal agitating device, stirring speed are optional.
- The pipe mouth is equipped with liquid level gauge (static pressure type, capacitive, non-contact type, ultrasonic type, glass tube type), air-breathing mouth, thermometer( digital display type or dial type),CIP cleaning mouth, mirror, explosion-proof sight (integration of mirror and light), SIP sterilization mouth, liquid inlet and outlet and sanitary manhole etc.

Shipment
Bulk cargo: standard wooden case which can avoid any clash during the sea or air transportation in case of causing damage to the equipment’s surface.
Container cargo: equipment will be bound firmly,won’t easily swing to the side, or up, or down.
