Use
This equipment is suitable for evaporation and concentration the liquid material and recycling the organic solvent in pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industry etc.
Feature
1.The equipment combines the external circulation heating system with the way of vacuum concentration together in order to enhence the evaporation speed and the concentration proportion can get above to 1.2.
2.The liquid material is concentration in a vacuum condition and the finished material is without pollution and the organic solvent also can be recovered.
3.With the effection of double-efficient coinstantaneous evaporation,the steam can be used sufficiently, so it can save the energy consumption.And compare with the single-efficient concnetrator , the energy can be saved more than more 40%.
4.The top of heater is with opening device so it is easy to clean. The equipment is with automacit drainage system in order to lighten the labor intensity .
5.The equipment configure with PLC control system in order to controll the temperatue ,pressure,feedig and uncharging the material automatically.
