High Technology Stainless Steel SJN Series Double-Effect Energy-saving  Evaporator

This concentrator is suitable for concentrating the fluid materials of traditional medicine,western medicine,glucose,starch,gourmet powder,food and milk products,chemical industry. It is especially suitable for small batch and many varieties thermal sensitive low temperature concentration.


Features:

1. Energy saving benefit, taking SIN-1000 type for calculating, for one year approximately 5,400tons of steam, 140,000tons water and 130,000kilowatts of electric power can be saved, thus the cost of nearly RMB200, 000 is reduced.
2.The concentrator adopts external heating natural circulation mode and negative pressure evaporating mode, with instant evaporation and great concentrated specific gravity up to 1.4(general Chinese tradition medicine immersed cream), open boiler is not needed to reclaim creams.
3. The concentrator adopts triple-effect simultaneous vaporization that leaves the secondary steam utilized. Compare with the single-effect concentrator, the energy consumption lower about seventy percent, the profit from the energy saving of one year is equal to the investment on the machine.
Multiple functions:
4.The reclaimable alcohol concentration is about 80%.
5.The three-effect can concentrate three different materials.
6.The single-effect,two-effect and three-effect can collect cream together time after time.
7.The intermittent and continuous material feeding is available.
8.The one-off cream formation is available.The material input is finished by the first effect and after the second and third effect.the finished cream is available one-off.
9.The special structure of concentrator can bring the concentrated material thick taste and even cream quality.The concentration under the seal and non-bubble condition can prevent material from loss and pollution. The present material can be concentrated presently,which features immune to block and convenient cleaning which can be make just by opening the up and down covers and can be make by one person.
10.The part inside of the concentrator in contact with the material is made with stainless steel SUS304.The thermal layer made with polyurethane is available at the heater and evaporator.The surface is treated with sand grinding and surface polishing,meeting with the GMP standard
