Product introduction
Ultralow -temp vacuum concentration machine apply to the pharmaceutical, food, biological, and chemical industry for dehydration of thermal sensitive products required high concentration, concentrated temperature between 20 to 40 degrees, can be adjustable according to customer's technical requirements, the success of this equipment is completely changed the traditional enrichment process of high temperature, time is long, material variability, easy to scale dry enrichment process, material concentration provide illiquid after the phenomenon such as unable to concentrate.Due to low evaporation temperature in the equipment, raw material of maintain the effective components of material, to improve and meet the requirements of the users of concentrated products low temperature.
Process:
this series of ultralow -temp vacuum concentrator through high vacuum evaporation temperature to reduce material evaporating temp ,inside the evaporator design the spinning roller, at the bottom of the evaporator and internal use hot water heating roller, roller through constant rotation, increased the evaporation area and evaporation equipment capacity, form a thin film evaporation principle, when the materials are rotating roller surface contact and the vaporized, and implements the continuous vacuum conditions into raw material, the enrichment process of straight out of the thick liquid.
