Feature
The saccharifying unit can be made in two vessels, three vessels, four vessels, five or six vessels.It depends on your requirements.
They have double skins in food grade stainless steel 304 or 316. Well weld in double sides. Outer polished
into mirror surface.Thickness of inner is 3mm, bottom is 4mm, outer is 1.5mm.
MASH TUN & LAUTER TUN
Mashlauter tun has a 15ºconical bottom with inverted center for agitator seal. A bottom mounted mash agitator
system incorporates offset paddles to ensure sheer mixing of the mash. The unit is outfitted with a light as well
as a side view window to allow for internal observation. One man working door is on the tanks each. Vent-chimney are placed on the top of dished head of saccharifying unit. It can design the heat method by electricity
or LPG (liquid petroleum gas ) or liquid propane.
FERMENTATION TANK
Fermentation tanks have a cone bottom, which can help the slugs settling. Man working door and cleaning
ballinside. All tanks have a well water jacket can do a well glycol cycle to cooling the tank. They can be controlled by manual or automatic.
