General Introduction:
This DISPLAY FREEZER introduces the freezing and air flue technology from Italy. The temperature inside the cabinet is equal. It is allocated the electrical heating coated glass to improve the display impression. It is assembled with the French Tecumesh compressor, Danfoss expansion valve, Italian Castel magnetic valve and Dixell temperature indicating controller etc. The warranty period of the whole machine is 1 year.
Features:
1.Humanistic fair-shaped cabinet design and the coated glass reached the perfect display effect.
2.Double layer cavity coated glass eliminates the atomization and keep the insulation effect.
3. Automatic defrosting patent technique has the advantage of small temperature difference and fast speed which helps to protect the compressor.
4. Double lines of air flues control the temperature equally.
5.Whole thick environment-friendly foaming materials keep the temperature perfectly.
6.Adpoting the UFI approved environmental-friendly refrigerant R404A.
7.Computer color-matching syetem can meet the different customers' characteristic requirement of colors.
standard package and shipment for food display :
Ice cream production process / Gelato making procedure:
one:pasteurizer
pour the mixture (milk,egg and powder) into pasteurizer, go through pasteurizing and aging, which is important preparation step for gelato.
two:batch freeze
pour the mixture according to your recipe to our batch freezer, go through stirring and freezing
procedures to make delicious gelato successfully.
three:blast freezer
discharge the gelato (around -8 ℃ ) from batch freezer and transfer to our blast freezer for a
temporary storage to reach -25 ℃ ,whaich is the best temperature for gelato.
four:diaplay freezer
lastly, we can show the gelato in our display freezer for selling, keep the temperature of the
display freezer stay -15 ℃ to -18 ℃ .
