Features: ---- Drinking Water Production Plant
1. This equipment is automatic washing filling capping three in one machine. It’s of many advantages, such as compact structure, perfect control system and easy to be operated. Advanced touch screen and PLC control system makes man-machine communication true.
2. Washing part is mainly composed of washing pump, bottle clamps, water distributor, up turn-plate, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray, rinse water take and rinse water refluxing tank.
3. Filling Part is mainly composed of filling barrel, filling valves (normal temperature and normal pressure filling), filling pump, bottle hanging device / bottle pedestals, elevating device, liquid indicator, pressure gauge, vacuum pump, etc.
4. Capping part is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regular, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment.
5. Main electrical components are all imported from world famous brands to guarantee excellent performance.
1 Drinking Water Production Plant
Process:
Spring-raw water booster pump, mechanical filter, precision filter, active carbon filter, sodion exchanger, hollow fiber ultrafiltration device, Store tank, UV sterilizer, ozone generator and other equipments.
It can effectively get rid of muddy organic, iron, manganese and oxide, filter suspended substance, colloid, remained oxygen of micro-organism and some of height-metal ion in the water. This water treatment equipment can also reduce hardness of water to make it all specifications of the water quality fully meet the state fresh water standards, even that of standard of mineral water,
2 Washing, Filling, Capping 3-in-1 Machine For Filling Water
Washing, Filling, Capping 3-in-1 Machine is a set of equipment with high precision and speed to fill liquid. It adopts bottle-neck block technology, not only avoiding second pollution to the bottle-neck, but also realizing filling different specs of bottles in one equipment, which greatly improved commonality of this equipment. Production capacity is 3000 bottles to 360000 bottles per hour. Main-frame machine adopts frequency controlling electric motor, which is much convenient to adjust speed in scope of production capacity.
3 Inkjet Date printing Device
This machine is mainly used for print date on to the bottle.
4 Sleeve label machine
This machine adopts exclusive-desigh multi-cutter, mining agencies combination of steel, smooth moves. The tools life is doubled. Simple centre- guided positoning, more easily replaced specifications, make it easy for the operator to use.
Aircraft of the first belt bottles brushless DC motor driven, institutional design is easy maintenance. Main machine interface manipulation simple, using only one brand, stability practical. All types of motor equipped to regulate the EU level configurationm, follow customer's demand to provide the European norms.
5 Full Auto Shrinking Package Machine
1) Specially designed and manufactured for the high-speed packing requirements of drinks ( purewater, beverage, fruit juice, and milk product)
