2. Feature- Drinking Water Bottled Plant:

1.  The equipment is used in production of bottled non-carbonated drink of fruit juice, fruit wine, mineral water and pure water.

 

2.  Rinsing, filling and capping are integrated in one machine.

 

3.  The liquid filling technology of gravity which learned from latest technology from Japan and Germany is used in the design.

 

4.  The filling is fast. The fluid control is stability. There is non-drip phenomenon.

 

5.  Spring cramps are used in the bottle rinsing process. The empty bottles can be turned overl80°along the conveying rail.

6.  Rinsing the bottles inside and outside. The efficiency of bottle rinsing is high.

 

7.  The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The power of screw capping can also be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged. The capping is reliable.

 

8.  The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface.

 

9.  The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically.

 

10.  The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. The machine will be stopped automatically. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available.
