The CIP system can clean in place for the pre-process system, blending system, the pipeline, all kinds of storage tanks, heat exchanger,filling machine in dairy or beverages industry.
Description
- CIP system is total-automatic self-case unit, containing a water tank, an acid tank, a lye tank, some necessary pumps, valves and a set of monitor devices, such as temperature sensor, density sensor and liquid level sensor and so on. Technical not only supply customers a standard CIP unit, but aso manufacture a special CIP system following your special requirement.
- CIP unit contains self-automatic control program, including completed cleaning process. The program includes all-process cleaning program, acid cleaning program and lye cleaning program. Both of the cleaning water and the dissolvent is acceptable for CIP system. The temperature and the desity of the cleaning water can be enacted and controlled accurately. What is more, the density of the cleaning solution can be mixed automatically.

- Tota-automatic add acid/alkali depending on the density monitor, which self control the density of the dissolvent. So that it can reduce the demand of human resource, and make sure the safety of the human.

- Reserved interface can be easily connected with the existing equipment.
