aging and storage of liquid material, during the industries of dairy products,
ice cream, pharmacy, chemical industry, cosmetic, and so on.
It's of many advantages of energy conservation, noise elimination, acid-proof, strong
productivity, and easily washable and so on.

 

1,Usage

 

   Aging tank(have another name called hot and cold tank), have advantages such as energy-conservation , eliminate noise , able to bear rotten, production capacity strong, wash conveniently, extensive in industrial departments , such as dairy products trade , food, medicine, chemical industry , beverage ,etc., heat , cool , keep warm , the bar especially suitable for the milk is disinfected and kept warm, it is the essential equipment in the production line of ice cream.

 

 

 

2,Structure

 

This equipment is made up by interior gallbladder , inserting set , heat preservation , other foreskin , decelerator , paddle , thermometer ,etc..

 

1), Interior gallbladder:  Adopt 304 materials of stainless steel board, surface polishing.

 

2), The middle level is inserted set:  Adopt carbon steel plate or 1Cr18Ni9Ti stencil plate , enclose spiral device to strengthen, from top to bottom cooled water (have no pressure), achieve the best purpose to rise and lowering the temperature.

 

3), Group of warm keeping: polishing fish scale pattern and succeed by board by stainless steel, with gather heat preservation ammonia fat or glass wool keep with external temperature, get the result of keeping warm.

 

4), Decelerator : Wave line needle wheel planetary decelerator, fix on bracket of crossbeam, decelerator wheel produce axle and paddle link, adopt kink hookup , convenient disassemble and washing.

 

5), Thermometer: Specification 00C~1000C, install it on the crossbeam , stretches the minimum medium position directly , make liquid material use minimum position can is it produce temperature to instruct too , achieve the goal of disinfect and aging.
