Tubular Pasteurized Sterilizer

1. The host of automatic tube sterilizer of fresh fruit juice is tube type high temperature sterilizer. The machine has characteristics such as compact structure, effective sterilization, convenient operation, wide adaptation, low cost and so on. According to users’ needs, it can be supplied separately UHT sterilization system, including tube-type sterilizing machine, preheating tank, and insulation tank, the homogenizer interfaces can prevent formatting milk stone, with the pasteurization function. It can also available the entire unit, including UHT sterilizing system and flash degassing system.

A Sterilized milk :5°C→65°Chomogeneity→95°C(30S)→140°C(4S)→25°C 

B. Sterilized soya milk:65°Chomogeneity→135°C(15S)→28°C 

C. Fresh juice:25°C→105°C(10S)→90°C→40°C backflow
