Multifunctional Extracting Tank

Multifunctional extracting tank is one of the extracting tank types. It is commonly used in medicine, biology, food, chemical leaching extraction equipment. It can provide the material of water extraction, alcohol extraction solvents in volatile oil extraction and recycling dross, applicable to the diacolation, warm immersion, reflux, circulation impregnation, pressure or reduced pressure leaching and so on the many kinds of craft.

Usages of Multifunctional Extracting Tank

    This extraction equipment is widely used in China traditional drug, plants, animals, foodstuff and chemistry . It can also be used for colleges and universities, research institutes and enterprises and institutions in the laboratory research and test in the production line.

Characteristics of Multifunctional Extracting Tank

    1.  The welding machine type honeycomb jacket is adopted, which has such advantages as small volume and high heat exchange efficiency. It can save about 15% of steam used for heating solvent. The heat preservation jacket can be additionally made outside the honeycomb jacket.
    2.  The liquid discharge pipe on the tank cover at the bottom of the extracting tank is made of high quality flexible pipe, which is firmly connected, free of leakage, high temperature resistant(150℃), free of replacement and free of any maintenance with service life of over 5 years.
    3.  Pneumatic type cover open and close is adopted. Two cylinders of large tension are allocated at the two sides of the extracting tank. When opening the cover, press the cover open button, the cylinder will drive the tank cover to slowly open and the residue will be gradually discharged to the collection car at the bottom of the tank. Just loosen the button, the tank cover will instantly stop. It has good safety and can also control the dropping of residue.
