1.Working principle of our diamond machine
This type of diamond machine is designed abiding by the principle of specific gravity difference between diamond and the sand and/or silt. There are two separating rooms which enables it a higher working capacity than the sawtooth wave jig or diaphragm jigging machine.
Comparing to other types of jigging machines, our pulse type jigging machine has less vibration and is more quieter. It can be used on land or on dredger to mine the diamond in the river.
Our jigging machine applies the principle of lever. When one separating room goes up, the other will go down. Then it will cause a height difference which is essential to the sand removing.
