Yongli trommel gold wash plant /gold recovery machine is ideal for terrains that contain light clay and heavy clay. The trommel classifier is specifically designed to break the clay into slurry, which will separate the gold preliminarily for the next procedures of gold separation by jigs and instigating sluice boxes.

The jig is mainly used to separate diamond,nugget gold and other gemstones. The effect is proven by our South African customer and wins a good reputation from them. The instigating sluice box, or the so-called pulsating sluice box, is designed according to the normal sluice box but has been made some improvements. The surface of the normal sluice box will be hardened by the sands so the tiny gold will not fall down and be washed away with the sands. But our instigating sluice box will pulsate up and down to make cracks in the sand and prevent the surface of the sluice box from hardening. It is hand-off operation but with higher efficiency.

The hopper and the trommels screen of the gold wash plant/gold recovery machine are placed on one unit of frame with strengthened structure.
