- High conversion rate: This device use the unique physical effects and cavitation function of ultrasound, can make the plant cell tissue broken or deformed.Vibrations between the solute particle, acceleration shock, and strengthening of sound pressure shear make the material form a local point of extreme high temperature and pressure and promote the effective component of Chinese medicine precipitation.Compared with the traditional process,the extraction rate increases up to 45%.
- Ultrasonic extraction is extracted at normal temperature, effectively reduces the loss of heat -sensitive components.
