It has the functions of metal sheet drawing, blanking and punching etc besides general operation, equipped with buffer facility for punching after deep-drawing or flanging after punching, widely available for automobile, motorcycle, electric appliance, petrochemical, rail transit, aviation and spaceflight etc, supplied with YF27 four-column and HJY27 straight-side, bus control technology and assembling many hydraulic presses into a production line. Loaded with upper hydraulic cushion, micro inching matching die and quick die change system etc.

 

 

1.This serial 4-column hydraulic press has a wide popularity, it can be applied into various compressing craft of plastic material, like bending, turn-up,sheet stretching,also it can applied into revising,press fitting. It has applied popular in abrasive material industry,fire-proof material.powder metallurgy and etc.If the machine is applied in the inputting or punching, the customer need to order the blanking cushion device to eliminate or ease the impacting and noise in the moment of broking the material.

2.This serial hydraulic press has independent motive structure and electric system. With the use of button central control, it can achieve three operating method as regulating (inching), manual and semi-automatic.

3.The working pressure, compressing speed, the stroke range of fast down stroking and slow down of this serial hydraulic press all can be regulated according the craft requirements; also it can achieve two craft method as fixed-pressure forming and fixed-distance forming. The craft of fixed-pressure forming can maintain pressure, defer and return stroke automatically. Maintaining pressure has two different choices as machine halt pressure maintaining and non-halt machine pressure maintaining.
