1. Working principle of Gold Gravity Separator Machine for South-east Asia Alluvial Gold Mining

1). Raw material fed into the Trommel .

The Trommel Screen will separate different size ores, the ore bigger than screen mesh can be separated and dischaged out by the conveyor.

2). The small ores will go to the Gold Fixed Sluice or Fluctuate Sluice(Pulsating Sluice/Shaking Sluice/Jigging Sluice),where coarse gold will be recovered.

Fixed Sluice is the most common machine. It has has many good advantage, like simple design, no need for power, big capacity, easy maintain, easy use. And the most importatn advantage, it’s very very cheap.

But sluice also has big disadvantage. It need high strength work are for sluice cleaning, and low recover rate 50%.

So Pulsating sluice is more and more popular in gold mining market. It combines the advantages of fixed sluice and jigger.Overcome the shortingcomings of fixed groove is easy to harden and insufficiency of the jigging machine yield.

Solve the problem of hardened riffle, improve the recovery rate of gold. 

3). Tailings from Fixed Sluice or Fluctuate Sluice(Pulsating Sluice) are directed to the Gold Concentrator,where fine gold will be recovered.

Sluice is only for coarse gold. Concentrator is for fine gold/ powder gold. It only handle material smaller than 6mm. Concentrator is the HIGHEST recover rate gold mining equipment. The recover rate is up to 98%. 

Collect the concentration from Centrifuge and Sluice Machine.

4).If need pure gold particles or dust,then need equip a Shaking Table after Centrifuge. It is cheap.

 After sluice and concentrator, it’s gold heavy concentrate now. It’s time to refine. Shaking table or mercury amalgamator is used for this. After shaking table or mercury, the gold purity is about 85%-90% (20K-21K gold). Due to alluvial gold mining process technology, that’s the highest purity.
