Shanghai-PD220Y-1 bulldozers are manufactured by Shanghai Canmax according to the imported technology of Komatsu D85A. It has outstanding advantages contrasting to relevant civil products:
1. Undercarriage steering hydraulic system
We imported, digested and applied the update steering valve of Komatsu, which lead to compact structure and easy operation.
2. Electronic monitor system
The 3-stage alarming & monitoring system is mounted in cabin, which can measure and monitor voltage, oil pressure, water temperature, oil temperature, engine speed. It also can monitor the status of fuel oil, cooling water and the condition of air filter. By the twinkling of light and buzzing of horn, the system can inform drivers the essential information of bulldozer and assure bulldozers working in normal, safe and high efficiency condition. There are also engine oil pressure gauge and water temperature gauge in the instrument panel to make parameters visible and own two-tier protection function.
3. Transmission, hydraulic parts, undercarriage and working equipment
Inter-changeable with same products of Komatsu as well as those products that are produced according to Komatsu technology.
4. The operating system is designed to be reasonable, handy and comfortable and allow more working place for the driver.
5. Final drive
The final drive gear is produced according to the imported technology strictly. Our imported specialized gear-processing equipment insure the high quality and the leading position in China.
6. The cabin is hexahedron with wide view scope.
Shanghai-PD220Y-1 bulldozer is the only one which import update technology of Komatsu D85A-21and occupy leading position in China.
