Egg Tray Machine is kind of production line which comprised by pulping system, forming system, dryer, packing machine.

Pulping System: To put used paper and water into pulper, the paper will be transform into pulp by force of rotating water inside of pulper; The finished pulp will be screened and grinded into fine pulp, And ready for  forming machine use.

Forming System: The fine pulp go into the forming machine, then transform into wet trays.

Drying System: The we trays could be dried under sunshine, or go through the dryer for drying.  After trays dried, then use the baler or stacker for final package.

During the whole process, the water are always recycling for use.
