Reciprocating Grate Hot Air Generator

This coal/ wood fuel hot air furnace is used to generate hot air for drying process or heating the heat-transfer medium, such as thermal oil and water, with a heat exchanger. This furnace has the following technical features:

1) Cast iron reciprocating grate: the stair like grate can suit for different fuels and the burning rate is very high. Automatical coal/wood feeding is also the advantage of this furnace.

2) Stable and adjustable output temperature:  an air buffer chamber is combined at the back of the furnace to mix the hot air from the combustion chamber with the fresh cold air from the air valve to adjust the hot air temperature. This chamber can also works as a dust collector where most of the dust will drop from the hot air.

3) Wood/coal feeding hopper: the coal/wood can be automatically fed into the combustion chamber.

4) Strong cast iron frame: the furnace body is made by cast iron frame, painted carbon steel cover and heat insulation material. The furnace is very strong and can last many years.

5) well insulated: the inner furnace is lined by very thick firebricks with pearl mud. The heat efficiency is quite high.
