Wood/coal Fuel Hot Air Furnace

This coal/ wood fuel hot air furnace is used to generate hot air for drying process or heating the heat-transfer medium, such as thermal oil and water, with a heat exchanger. This furnace has the following technical features:

1) Cast iron fixed grate: the fixed grate means the wood/coal feeding should be manually; but the life-span of fixed grate is much longer. And few repair or maintenance is required.

2) Stable and adjustable output temperature:  an air buffer chamber is combined at the back of the furnace to mix the hot air from the combustion chamber with the fresh cold air from the air valve to adjust the hot air temperature. This chamber can also works as a dust collector where most of the dust will drop from the hot air.

3) Ash collecting ports: several ash collecting ports are combined around the furnace to facilitate the ash collection.

4) Wood/coal feeding ports: several wood/coal feeding ports are combined above the ash collecting ports to facilitate the feeding process.

5) Strong cast iron frame: the furnace body is made by cast iron frame, painted carbon steel cover and heat insulation material. The furnace is very strong and can last many years.

6) well insulated: the inner furnace is lined by very thick firebricks with pearl mud. The heat efficiency is quite high.
