Summary

FS series square sieve is new generation sieving equipment developed and manufactured by our factory. It has two forms:single shock and dual shock. Because of it unique characteristics of high effective, energy saving, low noise and so on, is deeply welcomed by costomers. It is widely used for sieving raw material continuously in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry and so on. 1-4 layer of sieve can be installed in accordance with the requirement of customer. 

Principle 

It adapts quick disassembling handle at the upper part of this machine, and connect the whole machine as one body. Its upper cover is cealed fully. therefore it will prevent dust from flying caused by vibration during period of sieving. Vibration motor is installed under the sieve; meanwhile it adapts spring to reduce vibration. So the machine will operate at stable state. The stand is adjustable, so the inclined angle of sieve can be adjusted when sieving and the best sieving effect can be got.
