Description

      ZS series vibration sieve is suitable for line production. It is an ideal device for granule that has uneven size to sieve continuously.

      The machine consists of hopper, vibration chamber, coupler and motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber cushion, principal axis, bearing and so on. The adjustable eccentric weight drop can drive to central line of principle axis through motor. Under unstable state, it produces centrifugal force that makes raw material form vortex in the sieve. The amplitude of eccentric weight can be regulated in accordance with the different raw material.

The whole structure of machine is compact, small in volume, no dust, low in noise, and low in energy consumption, convenient in moving and maintenance.

 

Application

     This machine is high effective sieving equipment used widely in China now. It adapts the principle of vibration to realize mass sieving. It is widely used for metallurgy industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, grain industry and so on.
