JRF Series Coal Combustion Hot Air Furnace
Principle
The furnace combines the combustion with heat exchange in one body, using the latest indirect heating technology that heat exchange is taken place at the position of high temperature in the furnace. Smoke and air go into the different channels, without any pollution for heating. The heat efficiency rate is high (up to 60-75%). The temperature increase is fast. The furnace is small in size, easy in installation, reliable in the operation and low in the price (making a comparison with one ton boiler, the price of this system is only half price of the heating system for the boiler.)
Features
The furnace uses the high temperature resistant method so that its life is much longer than that of the pipe arrangement hot air furnace. The furnace uses smoke and air longitudinal splashing heat radiation sheets and the negative pressure smoke elimination mode. There is no dust collected on the heat exchange position. There is no need to cleaning. The heat feature is stable. Various coal and wood can be used as fuel. The furnace is equipped with second air inlet device and the combustion is complete. All the technical and economic indexes of furnace have reached advanced level at home.
