Spiral conveyor application:
Spiral conveyor is suitable for transporting powder, granular and small-block materials, such as coal, gravel, sand and lump coal, cement, cereal, and so on. And is not apply to transportation of perishable, large viscous , easy-to-caking materials.
Spiral conveyor features:
1. Mainly used convey powder materials for powder packing machine;
2. Stable performance and high efficiency makes the working processing continuate;
3. Auger style design is novle and elegant;
4. Is composed of double motor, feeding motor, vibrating motor and switch control;
5. Hopper is adjustable and vibrational which make material to flowing easily.
6. Hopper is separate from twisting shaft. Structure is reasonable and easily loading and unloading.
7. Dustproof, bearing won't be polluted by the dust and powder.
8. To clean up scrapped materials conveniently discharging the material reversally, storing materials in the bottom hopper, taking out the whole screw.
