 1Roll crusher Description :

Double roller crusher apply to the crushing of medium or lower hardness mines and rocks with medium or lower rigidity in mine selection, chemicals, refractory materials ,cement and building materials industrial production, such as limestone, slag, coke, coal . The two gear roller is lubricate by the oil pump,the material is crushed by the gear roller .Double roller crusher can adjust the clearance between rollers and drive through triangle belt or multidirectional shaft coupling, and the four roller crusher will do it only through triangle belt. Double roller crusher has the characteristics of simple structure, compact, lightweight, reliable work,large broken capacity. ;

2. Roll crusher Working Principle:

Through the feed opening, the raw materials fall to between the two rollers, after crushed, the final products drop naturally. When there are unbreakable materials or the material is too hard, the roller will concede automatically under the effects of spring and hydraulic pressure, which will widen the clearance between the rollers and make the hard or unbreakable so as to avoid damaging the machine. The clearance between the two rollers can be adjusted to change the sizes of final products.

3. Roll crusher physical structure:

1.This series of double roll crusher is mainly consist of the roller , roller support bearing, pressure and regulation device and drives components.
