Calcitic limestone grinding mill machine for Sri Lanka
HC-series Grinding Mill is a kind of newly-designed roller-type mill, featuring in higher efficiency, lower power consumption and much better performance than traditional raymond mill. This mill is widely used to grind any non-metallic minerals with Mohs hardness below 7 and moisture below 6%, such as limestone, calcite, activated carbon, talc, dolomite, titanium dioxide, quartz, bauxite, marble, feldspar, barite, fluorite, gypsum, ilmenite, phosphorite, clay, graphite, kaolin, diabase, gangue, wollastonite, quick lime, silicon carbide,bentonite, manganese. The fineness can be adjusted from 0.18mm(80 mesh) to 0.022mm(600 mesh), whose range is much wider than that of traditional raymond mill.
The pre-grinding raw ore material will be crushed into particles<25-50mm. And transport to the feeding hopper by the elevator. The speed-regulating feeder feeds raw material into the grinding chamber from the cover feeding inlet. Driven by the driver, the center shaft drives rotation of the spider arm assembly, roller assembly and shovels together. The rotating roller assembly installed on the spider arm generates high centrifugal pull to cling closer with the ring. Meanwhile, the materials are shoveled into the gap between the ring and roller by the shovel blades. Thus the raw material will be grinded, extruded and impacted into fine by the rotary rollers with ring. After grinding the fineness will be goes up to the classifier with the airflow for air and fineness separation. The qualified fineness passing from the classifier will be collected by the cyclone. The unqualified products (bigger size) will be fallen down to the main mill for regrinding till qualified passing through the classifier.
