Until now hundreds of pellet production lines are installed in China and abroad, such as France, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Argentina, Belarus, Japan, Korea, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand,ect .

Raw Materials and pellets show for sawdust pellet line

Raw Materials: wood, trunck, branch, sawdust, straw, rice husk, bamboo sawdust, peanut shell, bagasse waste, alfalfa, a variety of crop stalk and other agricuntural waste, etc. If you are not sure how your materials perform in pelletizing, you can send us some sample of the material and we can help you test the pelletizing process and send you the final products.
Size: Less than 5mm.
Miosture: 10%-15% (Moisture is one of the most influential factors which desides pellet quality good or bad)
Diameter size of pellets: 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm

Screening Process
A:Raw material:sawdust
 It is mainly used to separate large impurities mixed in the powder material such as stones and iron dust,etc.in case of damaging dies and rollers inside the pellet mill during the pelleting process.
Drying Process
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 10-15%.Our burning stove is fueled by coal and wood materials, which can save electricity consumption largely.
Pelletizing Process
After the sawdust delivered into the rotating die of wood pellet machine, we can start the wood pellet machine. The sawdust will be pressed through 2/3/4 rotating press rollers.
Cooling Process
A:Pelletizing process---temperature is 60--80 degree-cooler--reduce 3-4% moisture(14%)-- easy to store.
B:Considering the feedback from some foreign clients, they hope to cool the wood pellet with moisture 7-8% according the climate. 
C:We develop one kind of new Stabilizer Combined Cooler as the clients requirements.
Packing Process
A:After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp.
B:In this process, we assemble our domestic best Semi-Auto Packing Machine to you.
