High speed disperser is applied in mixing, blending and dissolving liquid-liquid or liquid-solid materials. It accelerates the blending and dissolving, forming a stable fluid in short time.
It is suitable for coating, dye, printing ink, paint, latex, cosmetics, resin, adhesive, dairy, chemical, pharmaceutical, oil, powder and liquid - phase in the field of liquid materials such as high speed stirring, dissolving and scattered.
It is used to dissolve ,disperse and mix materials with different viscosity. Through the very high peripheral tip speed of the toothed disc, the strong shearing, crashing and friction forces generated between the materials and toothed disc disperse, dissolve and mix the materials efficiently.
It is mainly used in chemical products ,such as paint, ink, pigment, rubber latex, dyestuff, oil paint, color paste, pesticide, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
1. With cover matching with its container to avoid dust flying ,materials splashing and evaporation of solvent products during dispersing. The cover is mirror polished , easy to clean and nice appearance.
2. Easy to clean ,wide capacity range ,various speed control,stable operation ,low noise and long-time continuous operation.
3. Hydraulic station or mechanical agent applied lifting system for production in client choose. (As you see marked section in the following picture )
4. Custom made motor (explosive or non-explosive) with different grades according to specific customers requirements.
5. Rotational component is casting made and much more reliable for a long time. Dispersing disc: toothed disc. SS304 material, mirror polished.
