Features
1. This micro squeeze molding machine is fully buffered, high frequency, low amplitude and working by pneumatic vibration.
2. The shock part of the machine is fitted with buffer spring, so it can effectively reduce the impact to the installation ground.
3. The whole machine fuselage is made by steel structure weldment, it can significantly enhance the rigidity.
Machine structure is consisted of working table, jolt piston, jolt iron compressive piston, squeezing cylinder and pneumatic control device.
4. The rotary compact head is consisted of compact head, the rotary beam, the wheel axle, the gear rack piston. Rotary head device has buffer at both ends, so when compact head rotating it perform a stable and smooth action.
5. The mold drawing structure is consisted of drawing cylinder connected with synchronizing shaft, drawing cylinder driven by air-oil transfer device,so it assure the a smooth beginning of drawing.

the flask lifting structure is adopt new designing, piston is movable , instead of cylinder sleeve moving , so this new structure only need piston seal, not need two seal parts.
