coco peat dewaterer can be widely used in dewatering operations before drying high humidity residues material , such as coco peat, coco pith, sawdust, brewery’s grain, vinasse, bagasse, bean dregs,cassava cregs,lees, pomace, dregs, manioc waste etc. It can remove about 20-30% of the material of the water, the raw material moisture content 70-85% redyce to 50-55%,greatly reducing the burden of the dryer, so that substantially increase the output and reduce the energy consumption. It is a essential treatment device before drying the wet dry materials. The dehydrated material can enter into the drying equipment, thus Substantially reducing the drying energy consumption.
 
Working Principles of the sawdust dehydrator
 
After  the adjustable-speed motor is operating normally, the materials are added evenly from the flow box, which are pushed by screw rotating blade to advance along the axis, and  forming the enormous  extrusion force under the effect of the changing screw pitch and the damper regulator, so that the material can be dewatered under the external force. water is discharged through a screen at the water outlet , and the dewatered materials are expelled at the discharging box.
