MSW gasifier raw material
Hot gas type means after the gas produced from biomass gasifier, since this producer gas still hot and then after a simple dedust system, we can send this gas directly fired to supply heat for boiler to get steam, hot water, hot oil. This hot gas also can directly fired to get hot air for many kinds of ovens,furances, dryers and kilns(if these users no need clean gas for their equipment). Normally hot gas mode is good enough for many applications which the customer's existing equipment are using coal, diesel, bunker, Heavy fuel oil.
Notes:
1)The hot gas mode normally has more than 80-85% thermal effieciency.
2)The gas temperature is normally more than 600 degree.

Cold gas type process includes includes two steps. The First step is biomass gasification, which convert biomass into syngas/produer gas. The Second step is syngas/producer gas purification. The producer gas coming from gasifier usually contains contaminants including dust, coke, tar and etc. The contaminants will be removed by the gas purification system to ensure a low temperature and as much clean as natural gas,LPG.
