Rice husk gasifier and gas cleaning system meet the standard of international combustion engines,

The ricek husk gasifier can produce purify combustion gas then burning as heating source for oil boiler, steam boiler, coal boiler, ceramic kiln (tunnel kiln, roller kiln), dryer machine,industry furnace and so on. There is no harmful gas and ash emission when the biomass gasifier working and the gas burning.
Rice husk gasifier raw material in suitable size and moisture is introduced to the gasifier by feed conveyor. Through incomplete combustion pyrolysis of the biomass raw material in the gasifier by controlling the temperature and oxygen, CO, H2, CH4 and other combustible gases come out. Most of the energy from the solid biomass has turned into biomass gas.
The rice husk gas produced by rice husk gasifier , then transported by negative pressure through the gas cleaning and cooling process. This is where the particulate ash and tar is removed from the gas, and produce a pure combustion gas for use in the internal combustion engine to produce electricity.
Our biomass rice husk gasifier can use various kinds of agriculture and forestry as fuel (wheat straw, bark, tree root, rice straw, corn stalks, peanut shells,cotton stalks, rice stems, plastic waste ........).
The raw material for the gasifier is very important for gas production, quality of gas, gasifier performance and even maintenance of the gasifier.
Suitable size of raw material: 20mm—80mm, suitable moisture 10%—15%,Size of raw material can vary depending on the type of biomass being used, but the moisture content of any biomass being used is very important and should be less than 15%mc.
