The main parts of MSW gasifier system
1.) Bucket conveyor: the city waste or MSW will go inside of gasifier furnace through this.
2.) Gasifier furnace : olive residue or MSW is fed into this. Through a series of chemical processes, the solid fuel (MSW) is converted to a gaseous fuel (Producer Gas). The gas at the outlet will have some ash and char particulates and will be at above 400 degrees C.
3.) Cooling tower: The gasifier furnace and No.1 cyclone dust removal system are interlayer, we use water cooling system to cool the body of gasifier furnace. It can reduce the temperature of the furnace
4.) Cyclone: This is used to arrest the large particles entrained in the gas generated from the gasifier.
5.) Water cooled fan: This provides the motive power to the whole system. This creates suction in the gasifier which in allows controlled air entry (the control is through the system design) into the system. Thus the biomass is partly burnt and partly reduced to generate Producer Gas.
6.) Air fan: It is used for supply air for the gas burner.
7.) Gas burner: Burn the syngas, then supply heat for other equipments

Principle of Gasification system
Incomplete combustion of the biomass in the furnace by controlling the temperature and oxygen through pyrolysis produces CO, H2, CH4 and other combustible gases. Most of the energy from the solid biomass or solid waste has turned into syngas.
Raw material is processed for size and moisture content to meet the requirements of the gasifier furnace. It is then introduced to the furnace by the Raw material in- feed conveyors.
