wood chip dryer Introduction:
Usually wood chips raw materials with high humidity is above 30%,such a high humidity can not use,so in order to make the most of wood chips ,we need to install a wood chip dryer before further processing.This wood chip professional dryer can reduce the humidity of wood materials below 8% per time.
The cost of wood chip dryer is much lower than common drying machine
This type dryer machine is professionally designed for drying different kinds of lightweight material ,such as wood chips ,wood sawdust,wood shavings ,straw,bagasse,cassava dregs, bean dregs and others.

wood chip dryer mechanical structure and working principle:
Regarding wood chip small type wood chips dryer machine (with one stove), it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between 20 to 25%
It can reduce the moisture at 8 to 12% one drying time
Regarding big wood chips dryer machine (with two stoves), it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between 35 to 50%
It can reduce the humidity to 8 to 12% one drying time
That means it can reduce approximately 30% for one drying time
But if the humidity of materials is lower than 35%, the capacity will be increased with less of fuel .
All of round places can be adjusted to any angle of 360 centigrade degree according to operation request
Clients can change the angle of drying machines base on the production field
