Rotex vertical ring die pellet machine suitable for making non oily raw materials which are dried by dryers,such as rice husk, shell of sunflower seed,peanut shells and other various
shells material;tree branches, wood sawdust, all kinds of wood scraps; corn stalk, cotton stalk,
all kinds of crops straw;
Rotex vertical ring die pellet machine widely used in making fuel materials for home use fireplace,
power plant, wood processing plant ,biomass fuels plant and large-scale complete pellet production lines.
1.Vertical Feeding
This design can feeding the materials into granulating room directly, and avoid jam in
granulating room .
2.Double-layer dies
Both sides of the die can be used, and when one side be used up, you can change the other side to continue using. This design increase the availability of die, and reduce cost.
3.Change die Equipment
According to the clients requirement,we make a design for changing the die,and install a lift equipment on the machine, it's convenient for clients to change the die.
4.Cooling System
As the pelletizing process will generate high temperature, it will lower the service life of die and bearing. Cooling system are considering this situation and avoid it happened.

8.Hydraulic Equipment to Install The Main Shaft
We use this hydraulic equipment to install the main shaft of wood pellet machine which is high precision, other supplier may use traditional way to knock it in,it may damage the shaft and bearing of wood pellet machine or have gap inside, after some time, the bearing of wood pellet machine will damage soon.
Shaft chamber material we use cast steel, not cast iron, all material of wood pellet machine is from the professional company, and provide the guarantee for the quality.
9.Automatic lubricating system
Which lubricate the bearing, dies and rollers ,increase the produce efficiency and reduce

Rotex Master:The YGKJ series 450/560/680/850 is defined according to the main parts model's size.
For example, 560, the mold's diameter is 560mm.
2.What's the suitable moisture of material that to be granulated?
Rotex Master:The moisture should be controlled under 13%-15%
3.How long is your guarantee?
Rotex Master:One Year guarantee. We shall supply free exchange for spare parts. After this period,
we shall charge at low cost to keep after service. You will be welcome to contact us with any

4.Will you send engineers to install the plant?
Rotex Master: Yes, overseas engineer service is available when needed.

Rotex Master:YGKJ560 can press sawdust,cotton stalk powder,corn stalk powder,palm etc. to biomass fuel pellets.The ideal humidity is 15%.
