Working Principle:
The structure of Raidsant’s automatic cleaning filter is very simple: one stainless steel cylindrical shell what contains filter. When unfiltered fluid is from up to down, it outflow the inner surface of the filter to outer surface, filter residue would be trapped on the filter net. When the filter needs cleaning (depending on time and different pressure or manual operation), cleaning disc moves up and down on the surface of the filter, the filter residue is removed from the filter surface. The cleaning process does not affect liquid filtration, which ensures an efficient process and has greatly reduced the loss of high-value products during filtering process.
