This pipe crusher machine is specializing in cutting longer waste plastic such as big diameter and thick-wall plastic pipes or profiles into small scraps. The material is fed to the rotor horizontally through a hpper,channel feeder.The unique input channel maximizes the cutting efficiency and multiple devices guarantees operation safely.
Features:1. Large blade rotating diameter ensures the reedy profile being cut by circle automatically and evenly.
2. Bearing is placed outside of crushing room to avoid the invasion of powder and extend the life-span of bearing.
3Capable of cutting pipes or propiles with the diameter of 250mm and wall thickness of 10mm.
4.Unique retractable design of screen bracket expedites the replacement of screen. 5.Equipped with hydraulic system for quick opening and closing of th ehopper
6.Screen performation is adjustable according to customers' requirement
7. The shredders can be adjusted according to customer specific requirements for throughput volume,material to be processed ,etc..
