Brief introduction of movable step cutting machine
Movable step cutting machine machine is the main equipment for Autoclave Aerated Concrete(AAC) produces, it is necessary core equipments for capacity more than 50000m³/year, it is also necessary to increase the AAC capacity. Our JQF series cutting machine adopts advanced technology, with only one step, can cut the cake in six sides, no need of hang the cake for second time, reduces the damage to the cake. Working theory of the movable step cutting machine
Turning over sling turns the mould with 90 degree and demoulds it, the cake together with the side board of the mould are placed on the cutting board. The vertical cutting device cuts the cake as it moves under the drive of its motor. After completing the side, the movable cutting machine moves to the pause position. Cross cutting device moves to the middle of the cake stop there and then starts the cross cutting.
