Yuhui industrial aerated concrete brick equipment
Our equipement take different technology to produce AAC according to the different quality and features of raw materials. Generally speaking first this production line grind the sand and slag together with some water into slurry, then put some lime, cement, gypsum, foaming agent and foam stabilizer into the slurry, mix them and cast the mixture into the mold. After static foaming and hardening, cut the cake into blocks with the size we want. The cut cakes are then sent into the autoclave, after steam curing, we will get the porous lightweight AAC products.
Combining with mold base plate, mold can be used to contain slurry. The slurry will become cake after static curing and foaming. Then, with the supporting of mold base plate, the cake will be sent to the cutting machine for cutting. After being cut, the cake will be numbered and then sent to the autoclave for steam curing by steam curing cart.
Cutting machine is one of the main equipments of the production line. The annual output of the AAC production line is more than 50000 cubic meters, cutting machine is a necessary equipment which increases the efficiency and improve the product quality. Our JQF series of cutting machine can cut the cake in one step by turning it over from six sides. Because of its advanced technology, we just need to swing the cake one time so we can reduce the damage to the cake. Due to its advantage, our cutting machine is well-received.
