Description of ACC machine
Cutting machine is one of the main equipment of the (AAC) production line. The annual output of the AAC production line id over 50000 cubic meters, cutting machine is necessary equipment which increase the efficiency and improve the quality .Our JQF series of cutting machine can cut the cake in one step by turning it over. Because of its advanced technology, we just need to swing the cake once so we reduce the damage to the cake. Feature of AAC Machine
1. The cutting machine can cut the body horizontally and vertically in one step;
2. The cutting machine can accomplish six-side cutting, and the precision reaches the standard of GB/T11969-1997;
3. The technology of cutting machine is advanced, and there is no need for secondary crane, which reduces the abrasion of body blank arising from multiple crane;
4. The cutting machine peels the body in six sides. The waste materials do not get into the autoclave, instead, they are retrieved and used again.
