- Brief introduction of cutting machine
Cutting machine is one of the main equipments of the (AAC) production line. The annual output of the AAC production line is more than 50000 cubic meters, cutting machine is necessary equipment which increase the efficiency and improve the product quality. Our JQF series of cutting machine can cut the cake in one step by turning it over from six sides. Because of its advanced technology, we just need t swing the cake one time so we can reduce the damage to the cake. Due to advantages, our cutting machine is well-received. After years of technical innovation, we have many models of concrete cutting machine.
2. Advantages of our cutting machine

- Complete the horizontal cutting and vertical cutting at one time.
- Cutting each side of the cake, it cutting precision can meet the requirements of GB/T11969-1997
- It can be used to produce panel, its cutting precision can meet the requirements of GB15762-1995.

- Crosscut adopts screw transmission which solves the problem of desynchrony caused by hydraulic transmission.
- Restrainer and safety interlock can prevent the accidents caused by improper operation.
- We can replace the steel wire quickly, the steel wire is tensed pneumatically and it can swing in two directions.

3. Working Principle:
Overturning hoist take the blanks with mould to the cutting cart by turing 90 degree, demould and then leave the blanks and side plates to the cutting machine. The cutting cart moved pushed by the motor to finish cutting, milling flutes, cross cutting. The cutting cart continues to move to the central of the cutting set. The cutting cart continues to move again to the hoist group and then lift to the hardening cart by the hoist. At last, the cutting machine returns to the original position for the next cycle.
