1.The basic principle and thermal technique of calcinating lime:
The main component od limestone is Calcium carbonate, and the main composition of lime is calcium oxide. the basic principle of firing lime is decomposing Calcium carbonate into CaO(quike lime) and CO2 with help oh high temperature. It's reaction formula is: CaCO3=CaO+C02. It's technical process is: limestone and fuel are put into the lime kiln, and then begin to decompose after they are preheated to 850 degree. The calcination is finished when the temperature reaches 1200 degree, then discharge from the kiln after cooled.Thus the quiklime is produced. Different kilns have different methods of preheating, calcination, cooling and discharging. But some technical principles are similar: high quality of raw materials and lime, high calorific value, low quantity consumption. The partical size of limestone is in direct propertion with calcination time. The quality of quicklime is in inverse propertion with calcination time and temperature.
2.The basic structure and subordinate equipment of lime kiln:
The lime kiln mainly consisits of kiln body, loading device, unloading device, electronic appliance, dust collection ans so on. Different lime kilns have different structures. Their process flow are almost same. But the equipment value has bid distinction, of course the reasults are different.
3.The introduction of environmental lime kiln:
The enviromental lime kiln produced by YuHui mining machinery has advanced structure. It can effectively improve preheating effect with it's low resistance vertical preheater. After limestone is preheated, the feeding decomposition rate can reach 20%-25%, thus can directly make use of 10-15mm finr fraction limestone. The reliable airtight two ends combination squama make the air leakage factor under 10%. The usaage of compound refractory reduces radiation loss.
