MAXISTAR 2000 Chicken Feed Making Machine/ Chicken Feed Mixing Machine / Animal Feed Making Machine
Rationing should be made before GRINDING and mixing processes in order to fully meet the powder feed needs of the farms.

System is using for animal feed factory, chicken feed factory, powder feeding machine.
FEED GRINDING & MIXING MACHINES WORKING PRINCIPLE
Combining the rationing, grinding, mixing and bagging operations in a practical way, both professional and convenient MAXISTAR series can meet your powder feed needs.
Being a powder feed facility with a digital scale; MAXISTAR consists of the following equipment :
- The First Raw Material Intake Helix Without a Bunker
- Double Deck Rationing Unit with Load-cell
- Feed Grinding Mixing Machine
- Star 1000 BM ( for MAXISTAR 1000 model)
- Star 2000 BM ( for MAXISTAR 2000 model)
- Output Scale
- Bag Stitching Machine
Conveyor Helix: The conveyor helix enables the transportation of the raw material (barley, corn, wheat, oats, etc.) from the storage to the dosing unit. The length and number of the helix is calculated in accordance with the needs.
Dosing Unit : It is weighed on precision scales with a load-cell system hung on four points. The board with digital indicators and keys that regulates the system enables programming. The desired amount of raw materials is automatically drawn with the conveyor helix and is accumulated in the upper bunker of the dosing unit. When the ration is complete, it is spilled in the lower bunker and becomes ready for the new ration.
Grinding & Mixing : In the grinding unit, the feed grinded homogenously is transferred to the mixing unit. The homogeneous mixture is obtained with the double-helical system. The feed is carried out of the mixing unit with the help of a bag-filling helix.
Bag Weighing : It ensures the products to be packaged in the defined kilos through its programmable and digital indicator.
