Rationing should be made before GRINDING and mixing processes in order to fully meet the powder feed needs of the farms.

We offer a user friendly product for our customers by compacting rationing, GRINDING, mixing, and bagging processes for our customers. 

System is using for animal feed factory, chicken feed factory, powder feeding machine.

FEED GRINDING & MIXING MACHINES WORKING PRINCIPLE

System is composed of three main parts:

1)     Ration Preparation Unit: It is weighed on precision scales with a load-cell system hung on four points. The weight of every product is tracked by a digital indicator and a prescription is prepared. It moves to the cereal GRINDING bunker through a ration carrying helix.

GRINDING & Mixing and Bagging Unit: In the grinding unit, the feed grinded homogenously by a horizontal grinding system is transferred to the mixing unit. The additives such as minerals, vitamins, bone dusts, etc. suitable for the quality of ratio are added through a cover on the mixer. Homogeneous mixture is reached with the double-helical system. Feed is carried out of the mixing unit with the help of a bag-filling helix.

1)   Bag Weighing Unit: It ensures the products to be packaged in the defined kilos through its programmable and digital indicator.
