Popcorn is the most popular and welcomed snack in EU countries and in the USA. It is healthy with cellulose, protein and minerals, which are required for human daily digest. It is also low in calories and rice in carbohydrates. Popcorn is a very traditional snack food, it has a long history and huge consumer groups, from children to the elderly.
It is hard to continuously produce popcorn in traditional way because of lead plolution. Eagle machinery changed the production process by developing foreign advanced technology, which makes the original manually producing into continuous production, diversifies the flavoring at the same time, it is more suitable for shapes and small factory.
Main features:
1) Equally vibrating feeding;
2) Recirculating heating way to ensure extrusion rate more than 95%. Automatic filtration for the unexpended corn niblet and the residue;
3) SS material for the expanding room;
4) Screen device to ensure the uniformity of the final products;
5) Customized caramel boiler for continuous coating;
6) Seasoning spraying or caramel coating for different taste;
7) Easy operation with caramel boiling and coating in one’s machine.
8) Automatic cooling system after sugar coating to ensure packaging in time.
(Special designed fingers can easily separate the sugar coated popcorns.)

The flowing chart is as the following:
Raw material feeding-- hot air poper machine--elevater--sugar melting machine,
sugar spraying machine--multifunctional flavoring machine--separating and drying machine--packing machine

Hot air poper machine
This machine is applied to dry and puff the corn, crispy rice ball, corn flakes, popcorn etc. It is equipped with compelling ventilation heating system, inner layer air flow baffle, accurate temperature control, and thickened insulation layer. Its advanced technique provides all the necessary functions in low power, high heating efficiency, low running cost, and less machine maintenance.
It is the first developed screw type continuous high-temp dryer in China.
Constant speed flow puffing tank can assure the material drying evenly.
Automatic compelling ventilation heating system can make low power and high heating efficiency.
Accurate temperature control assures the drying stably.
It can sift waste material automatically.
Remarks: We have two types of hot air poppers, one of them is the continuous hot air popper, and ther other is double buckets hot air hopper, except these, we also can provide the fully automatic camarel popcorn prcessing line, with this line, you can make different flavors of popcorns, sucha s camarel, chocolate, jam, etc
